Algorithm: Algorithm is one kind of programming rule that refer the way a search engine like google, yahoo, aol indexes and shows web content to its user.
Keywords: If any one wants to find out any information through search engine, he needs to write some text in search box. Those texts are called keywords. Suppose i want to know about blog seo. So I write blog seo in search engine. Here “blog seo” is keywords.
Keywords phrase: Keywords phrase is text containing two or more keywords what people use in search engine to find anything. Suppose I write “blog seo tip for newbie” to know about it. Here “blog seo tip for newbie” is keywords phrase.
Landing page: The page where user will come after clicking on ads or search result.
Meta tags: Meta tag is one line of html tag used to describe you web content to search engine rather than user. There are three types of Meta tap mainly description Meta tags keywords Meta tags and author Meta tags. The main purpose of Meta tags is describing content data to search engine to get some seo benefit.
Anchor text: Anchor text is clickable text on web page. It carries url behind it but user can’t see that URL.
Backlinks: Backlink is one kind of link what comes from another web site to your web site. It is the main fact in seo. Backlinks determine the popularity of a web site
Black hat seo: It is one kind of tactic that makes a site higher than its content in unfair way.
Content: The element of a webpage for what people visit a webpage
Sitemaps: A site map is collection of page list of a site that helps google to find all pages of a site.
Googlebot: Google search spider is know as googlebot
Html: Hypertext markup language. It uses to make a web page.
Link: Link is a text or graphics that take user to a web page by clicking on it.
Link popularity: It refers the number of website linked to your site.
Page rank: It is a rank by google. Page rank refers the popularity and importance of a web site. Page rank starts from 0 and end at 10.
Seo: Means search engine optimization. It’s a process to increase search ranking of any site.
Spider: Spider is a robot used by search engines to view a site.
Internal link: Link within the page of same site.
