I think all of you know about blogging(May be more than me). But here I want to write some basic about blogging for newbie.
What is a blog?
Well actually blog means online diary. But today its not only an online diary but also a great source of earning. Blog consists of contents called post. So a blog is one type of web site where the posts are organized in chronological order. In blog most recent post are always at the top and older are at the bottom. And now a days blog is becoming so much popular because of its two ways communication. The author that means blogger can get his feedback through comments option of his or her blog. The act of writing content (post) called blogging.
What is the difference between blog and website?
It’s a common question I got many times what is the difference between blog and website. Well I think a blog is normally owned by individual people and that update often in regular intervals. And a web site owned by normally company and that’s related about their product customers etc and may not update in a regular intervals.
How can i start a blog?
It’s a common question I got from newbie. In very short (don’t worry I will describe every thing in different post on different topic), Staring a blog is not very hard. And I hope all of you already know how to start a blog so I am not going to that. At first you have to select a topic that you want to writ in your blog. And then you just have to choose a blogging platform. There are a lot of platform out there like blogger, wordpress, typepad. Most of blogger feel confusion which platform he should use free or paid? You may use your free domain and host or your custom own domain and host. But before start a blog, you should ask yourself should i start blogging?I will describe every thing. So don’t worry just stay in touch.

Some word must know for blogger
Post: We all listen the word post most often, So what is post? Well post is the single content of a blog.

Blogger: The person who writes post for blog is called Blogger. A blog may have more than one blogger.

Visitor: Visitors are those people who visited your blog.

Rss: The full meaning of RSS is really simple syndication. It uses to keep blog reader update with latest post.

Traffic: Traffic is also visitors.

Rank: Rank is the current position of any blog in search engine like google, yahoo etc.

Backlink: The most important things for SEO. Backlink is a link from another site to your site.

Anchor text: It’s clickable text in your post text like hypertext.

Unique visitor: If one person visits only one time in 24 hours then he is an unique visitor.

Blogger Roll: A list of blog in a blog.

Search engine: The engine what people use to find blog and site.

Hit: Hit is the single amount of traffic.
