Finally I have got my payoneer master card via odesk from Bangladesh. I had a great problem concerning my address since I was outside of city corporation and they only allow address with road name, house number etc. that is why I need to sent lots of mail to their support. And finally they accepted my address. Thank to them to allow me.

Cyborg, For me it took around 35 days to receive my cards.
For support you need to mail directly to payoneer support.

@ Shourov You will get your card from Payoneer within 1 month of sign up. You will find a PIN number with payoneer card. Then Log-in to your account and enter that PIN number and that’s all.

@Adil :- Yes you have to withdraw at least 20 dollar from your Odesk to your Payoneer card and then they will deduct 3 dollar for monthly maintenance and will ship your card only after you withdraw money.
