After making blog every blogger wants to get traffic to his or her blog. Google is the biggest search engine in internet. So you must want to get traffic from google right? So to make your site know to google you need to do some work. If you submit your sitemap to google, it will help google to get a better idea of your blog and it will help your blog to get a better rank in google. You should sign up for google web master tools to do this. Ok now let’s see how to submit blog sitemap in google.
•Login your Google web master tools
•Now add your site and verify your site by file upload method or Meta Tag Verification method
•Ok now your site is verified and you are ready to submit your sitemap to google
•From left side bar select site configuration and then sitemap. Here is a screenshot to help you, now click on submit sitemap button
•You will see a blog now write the following url their
atom.xml?redirect=flase&max-results=100
This will submit 100 posts if you have more than 100 posts then submit one more sitemap. You need to submit additional map for every 100 posts
If you have more than 100 posts on your blog, then add an additional sitemap URL
•Ok now you are done. Now this will help your blog to rank better in google.
