Every day I get lots of email from my blogs contact page and interestingly most of them are Bangladeshi asking me what they should learn to be SEO expert, Web design expert, App developer etc. So, I thought it would be a great idea to write a series of posts on Freelancing skill development rather than answering all of those email individually. I will write On SEO, Web design, Graphic design and app design Skill.
This is the first part of my Freelancing Skill development series. In this part I will talk about SEO (search engine optimization). I will write about Web design, Graphic design and app design Skill in my future post. I will use FAQ method in this post. Ok let’s play……
Is SEO demandable in freelancing industry?
Of course. SEO is one of the most demandable fields in freelance industry. Almost every website needs SEO. Just go to freelance sites like Odesk.com and check out.
Ok, where can I learn SEO online for free?
As I always say, internet is world’s best university. You will get almost any information here for free. So there are plenty of resources out there. If you are totally newbie I’d highly recommend SEOmoz training area. They also have paid membership but that cost too much. So, we will continue with free resource.
Go to http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo and complete all those 10 chapters. After completing those chapter go to http://www.seomoz.org/resources and learn what you need.

But keep in mind that Google always update its algorithm as you learn it from Google Algorithm Change History. So you need to learn new techniques each time they update their algorithm. And that’s why you need to read top SEO blogs all the time to stay up to date with SEO. So I am going to list few top blogs on SEO. So that you can stay in touch.

Ok, I have completed everything, what next?
Congrats! But always keep in mind none can say he has completed SEO. SEO is continually upgrading and you need to upgrade your skill as well regularly. Now you can use your SEO skill on your own sites and you can be freelancer SEO expert to help other. You can make your own blog on SEO and share your knowledge and join freelance sites like odesk and offer your skill.
Is there any institute to learn SEO in Bangladesh?
